25 Things About Me

Over on Facebook I was tagged to share 25 random things about me...so here we go...

1. I was once a school bus driver.
2. I once drove the semi tractor, but didn't get past 3rd gear (not enough room)
3. I can drive a horse trailer, camper, boat trailer and back-up and park them.
4. I love to quilt, but hate cutting out pieces that are small, so all my quilts have larger blocks.
5. I have chickens in my garage (but only because it's too cold for the babies to be outside).
6. I miss my Florida friends.
7. I have personally delivered 4 babies and that's enough for me.
8. I love riding horses and miss it.
9. I love to sing, but can't carry a tune in a bucket.
10. My boys and Mark are my greatest joy.
11. Homeschooling brings out the best and worst in me, but not at the same time.
12. I love to bake and I used to like cooking, but Joseph has taken over that department.
13. I'm not the big mall shopper that I once was.
14. I'd rather be at home with the guys that just about anywhere else.
15. For vacations, I want to see something new. Life is too short to go to Disney every year.
16. I wish I was thinner.
17. I've become more sympathetic and quick to tear-up over the years.
18. I love having land and hated living "in town". Just a country girl at heart.
19. I love having the biggest SVU on the market (must be the school bus thing).
20. I love to laugh and have a quick sense of humor.
21. I love being a part of the church not just going to church.
22. I love being a mom first and a nurse second.
23. I never learned to play a musical instrument and wish I had.
24. I know more about truck parts that should be allowed by anyone of my gender.
25. I was once a state champion in 4H for Horsemanship and Pony Hunter over fences.
