Outside my window...it's dark and I see lighting over the neighbor's house. There's a storm coming.
I am thinking...that canning is fun, especially when doing it with someone.
I am thankful for...how God ALWAYS hears our prayers and answers them, even when it's His timing and not ours and His PLAN not ours.
From the kitchen...8 jars of peaches today, then grilled chicken for dinner. Oh, and peach cobbler.
I am creating...you guessed it, canning. Tomorrow green beans and squash.
I am going...crazy trying to find storage for all my yield.
I am reading...nothing, I'm canning.
I am hoping...that the deal with our new renters in the Ocala house works out. For now all lights are green.
I am hearing...boys heading to bed. Sigh. It's late and we are all tired.
Around the house...the dining room has been taken over as canning HQ. There are more mason jars and vegetables in there than in Wal-Mart.
One of my favorite things...spending time with the boys, getting ready for school, and sweet tea. Oh, how I love sweet tea.
A few plans for the rest of the week...finalize details with our renters! Breathe a sigh of relief that about the Ocala house for the next year.
The Ocala house, new home to a great family.

OK, I need to call you to find out about the Ocala house. I have been praying for you all and was hoping that you were going to sell it at the end of this month.
Again, I am sure wish I were there canning with you. Now you are the pro!!!
