Neighbors

In our last house (Ocala) we were blessed with some great neighbors. We had the Pearsons, Mr. Paul, Mrs Lu, and all the boys various friends. It was nice to know that somebody cared and was looking out for us. Mr. Pearson's computer room window faced our house and he kept track of everything, or maybe that was Mrs. Pearson. Regardless they have saved our dog from being knapped and Jonny from running into traffic. Upon moving to GA we had no idea what kind of neighbors we would have. Oh, we could look towards their house and see that they had kids or were retired, but who are they really and more important how would they respond to this brood moving in. Much to my delight (and I know that it's God just doing His thing), we have met the neighbors directly to our left and right and couldn't be happier. On the east side is a young couple with two little boys (4 and 2). He's a policeman and she's in HR at the post office. Jonny has been glued to Cole's side all weekend. On the west side is a reitred couple or as Mrs Johnson put it "an old lady". They moved here in March to be closer to their grand-daughters. She has that true southern hospitality as she brought over a lasagna Saturday night. I can't wait for Mark to meet them. I know he and Mr Johnson will spent many afternoons just chewing the fat. So once again we are graced with great neighbors, it makes saying goodbye to the old ones a little easier, but never replacing them.

We too have been blessed with great neighbors. You never know what you are going to get. God knows what you need.

Looking forward to some pics.

Oh...Chuck flew up there. Got him a ticket for $68. Couldn't beat that. Though we do want to come and see you.
