Halloween Heros

Halloween. My boys love Halloween and to be honest, I enjoy all the candy they bring home. It's the power of being the mom! It allows me to "take" from their bags the things I like to most.

We usually try to encourage the boys to dress up in stuff we already have, to use their imaginations. After several ideas, they settled upon some rather interesting and unusual characters.

This year we had:

Let's start with Indiana Jonny:

Then there was Bond, Jacob Bond.

Joseph the waiter.

I said shaken, not stirred, you fool.

Jonny and Justin, waiting to go.

Group shot before we head out.
We say "cheese", they say "can
we go now?"

...and they are off!

The boys (all 5) raked in way too
much candy, but as usual, it was
a fun family night filled with
cousins, grandparents, aunts and
uncles.

But there was this one lady who was
a little rude to the boys, and was
counting the candy as it was handed out.
Guess what she was dressed up as:
Hillary Clinton- you know it's all about
counting- the votes that is!
