Only A Dollar

Moving to Ocala back in 2005 we gave up "the Dollar Store". One of the boys favorite things when we lived in South Florida was to hit the Dollar Tree. You never knew what kind of goodies would be hiding in the aisles. We would take them there as a reward or just as a special trip with Daddy. Well, last week a new Dollar Tree opened up right next to our Publix. I surprised Jacob and Joseph with a trip there today while Jonny was at school. They were so excited and as they walked down the aisles, I kept hearing them- "It's only a dollar." Can you believe it, only a dollar. They spent as much time as they would in Toys R Us checking out all the stuff. Now, some of it is not much better than Happy Meal toys, but the Cars pencils were too cool (Jonny scored those). They finally settled on pocket knives, candy and a magic set. So much fun for only a dollar!
