Another New House?

I know it's been awhile, but Mark and I decided that the real estate market just has to make a turn around. I mean really, how long can it stay this bad? So, we did a little property shopping up in Asheville, NC last week.

We are thinking about making an offer on this property. That was until we heard about the property taxes...$12 million a year!

OK, so maybe not. We did have a great trip, and I'll write all about it later. $12 million! I'm still in shock!
